International Warranty

At Michael Tommy, we are delighted that you have chosen a watch designed in the pursuit of technical excellence and elegance, embodying the brand’s rich heritage. We Group Dış Ticaret A.Ş. provides a twenty-four (24) month warranty on Michael Tommy watch models, effective from the date of purchase. The international Michael Tommy warranty covers material and manufacturing defects ("defects") present at the time of delivery.

Important Notice

The warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate, provided with your MICHAEL TOMMY watch at the time of purchase, is dated, completed fully and correctly, and stamped by an official MICHAEL TOMMY authorized retailer. We Group Dış Ticaret A.Ş. does not recognize any watches under warranty that do not meet these conditions.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

It is independent of warranties given by the seller and is solely the responsibility of the seller; It does not affect the rights of the purchaser against the seller and, in some cases, the legal rights that the purchaser may assert against the seller. The customer service of Wegroup Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company guarantees that it will provide excellent maintenance service to your MICHAEL TOMMY watch. If your watch needs servicing, entrust it to an official MICHAEL TOMMY dealer or an authorized MICHAEL TOMMY service www.michaeltommy.com which you can find on our website: These are Wegroup Foreign Trade Inc. S. can guarantee that a service will be provided that meets the company's standards.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Battery life;Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case and/or glass; changes in color and/or material texture of the case, strap, or non-metal wristbands made of leather, fabric, rubber, etc.; loss of PVD coating quality; color changes in bronze tones);Improper use, negligence, lack of care, accidents (impacts, scratches, falls, broken glass, scratches from bracelet replacements, etc.), or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual;Any damage to parts resulting from misuse, operational errors, or failure to adhere to the usage guidelines provided in the manual;Any direct or indirect damage of any kind arising from the use of the MICHAEL TOMMY watch, including operational failures or accuracy deficiencies;Watches tampered with by unauthorized personnel (e.g., battery replacements, servicing, or repairs not performed by authorized Michael Tommy representatives), or watches altered in a way that compromises their authenticity beyond the control of We Group Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.All other claims with We Group Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, including additional damages beyond those described in this warranty notice, are expressly excluded except for the legal rights the buyer may have against the manufacturer in specific cases.

Service Warranty

We offer a 24-month warranty on every service. In the event that defects covered by this warranty appear, we will repair or replace all defective parts free of charge and/or correct the malfunction detected by our Customer Service department. All other rights resulting from faulty workmanship are expressly excluded. This guarantee is normal. It does not cover wear (e.g. battery, leather bracelet, etc.) and damage caused by accident or lack of maintenance. This warranty becomes void in the event of action by parties not authorized by Michael Tommy.
