Payment & Shipping

1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can make it to any of our Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bank, T.İş Bank and Yapı Kredi bank accounts (TL)

 

2) Payment Options via Our Website

You can make a one-time payment or take advantage of Akbank’s online installment options with your credit card through our website. For online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card upon order completion. In case of potential order cancellations or stock issues, refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.

 

3) Order  Refund

In the event  of cancellation of your orders due to  possible reasons; WEGROUP FOREIGN TRADE INC. refunds the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must report your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities.

 

4) Delivery

We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as stated in the product detail. You will be informed in case of delayed delivery.

In order for the product delivery to be carried out without interruption, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.

 

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by Yurtiçi cargo company. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest.

You can consult our customer representative and discuss different delivery conditions. In addition, domestic cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey. Overseas cargo deliveries are carried out by a different contracted company.

 

5) Payment Tracking

If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitors are notified of this on the payment page.
In the event of an error at the specified address that prevents delivery, the person who placed the order will be contacted.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is submitted.
We are accountable not only to the customer for the delivery process but also to the bank that provides the credit card system.

 

Please pay attention!

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.

 

After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
